This concept aims to seamlessly integrate the two seemingly disparate environments, providing a truly immersive experience for the inhabitants. The building consists of a blend of private and affordable housing. The upper-level apartments will have large floor-to-ceiling windows leading onto a balcony, providing panoramic views.

The waving slab has been crafted in such a way as to form a set of stairs, thus allowing for a smooth and effortless connection between the surrounding environment, the lake, and the 1st floor.
