CAPTAINCY - ZONE 1

This building, for convenience, will be located near the parking lots and in the orthodromy of the port. Its architecture and organization will allow accessibility for all (terrace, harbor master's reception, and fishing hall), offering a balcony overlooking the sea, a pedestrian axis between the parking lots, the harbor master's office, the parking lot, the nautical pole called "cliff building" and the edge to the quay.
The building will house a fishing hall that aims to offer fishermen a high-performance work tool and an attractive sales room.
Its architecture will be contemporary, where the major notions will be transparency, quality of reception, accessibility, visibility, and quality of interior spaces.

The future harbor master's office will house:
- A harbor master's office that will include: reception, technical room, offices, lookout, and meeting room;
- The drop-in daycare;
- The fishing hall;
- Reception and sales cells for renters, i.e., 5 premises of 15 m² and 12 m² of terrace with separation;
- Spacious sanitary facilities for male/female boaters and people with reduced mobility (showers, toilets, laundry services, changing table, dispensers, etc.);
- Public mixed sanitary facilities;
- Floor intended for offices for port staff.
